First Steps

CONSULTATION

OMG! You’re engaged!! Now what? Fill out our Invitation Inquiry form, or contact us directly to set up an in-person consultation or video call. We’ll go over all the details and design ideas.

PRICING PROPOSAL

After our consultation, a pricing proposal will be e-mailed to you containing package choices. This will outline the design fee, printed price per set, any embellishment or white glove services you may want to add, and wedding day items. 


Securing Pricing

PACKAGE APPROVAL

Once you’ve looked over the proposal and all of your questions have been answered, pick your package. There will be easy to follow instructions in your proposal on how to move forward.

PROJECT AGREEMENT

After approving the pricing proposal a contractual agreement is required for you to review and sign. An invoice with your balance will be emailed along with how to pay your retainer to move forward to the next step. . .


The Design Stage (yay!)

Once all the legal stuff is signed and sealed we can begin the FUN part – the design process!

INFORMATION GATHERING

You will receive a questionnaire and wording guide form to help you in this process and assist me in getting your design just right.

DESIGN REVIEW

You will receive an electronic proof with a digital mockup of your invitation set to review and submit any necessary changes. Typically we will only need 1-3 rounds of edits to get everything just perfect.

SEAL OF APPROVAL

After all the pieces in your stationery suite have been reviewed and final edits have been submitted and made, you will give your final seal of approval so all of your pieces can get ready for printing production and assembly. Hooray!

FINAL INVOICE

When you have approved your final stationery proof for print, your remaining balance is due before production can begin. If payments are not made promptly, it could delay the production time of your order.


The End

PRODUCTION

Printing and assembly can take 3–4 weeks or more, depending on the complexity of your order and type of printing. All items are professionally printed and assembled by hand to make sure that each invitation is perfect for all of your guests.

DELIVERY

Once your invitations are assembled a local pickup may be scheduled or we can arrange shipping via USPS or your favorite delivery service for an additional fee. If a white-glove mailing service has been added, we will quote you on the postage needed to mail your invitations in a separate mailing agreement form.

Now all that’s left to do is wait for your response cards to come in. Yay!
